Surprisingly tasty Chinese food
I recently ordered the home delivery from them, kung pao and rice. The taste was like chiken over cooked not even close to kungpao, rice were like rotten from morning. I hated the food since twice it happened with me. In delivery their food is pathetic
The noodles tastes really good as well as the apple juice! The delivery came quickly and he was very nice and respectful. The service was just amazing! I highly recommend it.
Tried to had lunch today. Was a bad experience again. Had ordered paneer karai 2 garlic naan and a chicken sizzeler. The server told it would take 15_20 min.Which was fine with us. After half an hour I went to enquire about my order n I was informed almost ready. It took 45 min for my order to be delivered. When we were about to start the food. I realised the garlic nan was not cooked properly. When I say not cooked is it was like a dough. You could roll it in to a ball and make a parata with it. I took some of the pieces that was doughy and showed to the guy at the counter. The Kadai was watery like tomato soup. After a while the guy comes back with the nan. So embarrassed to see he brings the same pieces that I had returned to him. When I ask him he says to me garlic nan is always a bit raw. I returned it back as well. they didn’t even has a courtesy to offer a new one. ruining my lunch, Being in the industry for more than 15 years as a chef I know what is food and how things are cooked.I have been living in al hamra village since 4 years. Always loved to eat here. For the past 1-1/2 years the quality and taste has been compromised. I had stopped eating here . Thought will give another try . But this time you failed miserably. I would never recommended this venue and it’s not worth the money u pay.
Nice combos on affordable pricesLike most of Chinese combo restaurants Only one branch in RAK and far from city centerDidn’t visit them since long time
The Al Hamra Mall has some different restaurants in their food court, compared to the normal food court venue, where you would get the same stuff. Ordered the Tom Yum soup, it was nice and delicate in flavor. it just should have come more piping hot, by the time I was on the third spoon the soup got cold. For the mains, we decided to try their sizzlers – the chicken sizzlers along with some veg fried rice and the Nasi Goreng. The sizzlers were really tasty – the sauce was well made – loved the greens that were added to it as it was crispy and not wilted. They should improvise on their veg fried rice as it is kept in chaffing dishes and looks too old and dried. Nasi goreng, was fine nothing great.Service was good and attentive – though its a food court, if you order a sizzler they bring it to your table.
This is the only place in RAK that serves whole wheat bread . A good lunch time bite if you want a good supper There is no fuss about this place . The price points could have been slightly competitive All in all good place
