Not usually one to get angry with Hardee’s as i do love their food, but it is unacceptable for me to wait for over 1hr and a half to find out that they have not made my food yet and another 40 min to finally cancel the order from my end because i have not received it yet, even though i was told on the second call that i would receive my food in 10 min. As i said unacceptable and not one person from their side even called to apologize.
I used to visit back then when they used to serve big chicken burger which was really yummy and at present they don’t have it in their menu. At recent, i tried their santa fe burger which was a bit spicy and tasty. I would love to try all their burgers on their menu card

One of the best burgers in town. Great mouth watering burgers to treat for entire family! An easy decision to make when it comes to treat yourself for a weekend.
I ordered a value meal which consist of mushroom swiss burger, fries and drinks and additional curly fries for delivery. But i received the burger and curly fries only which the fries and drinks in value meal is not there. I send a message to the call center to inform my concern since I don’t have mobile balance to call directly to the restaurant. The call center said that the restaurant will call me but I didn’t received any call from them. I’m just disappointed and I’m hoping that your service willBe equal to how delicious is your food.. I paid it and you guys didn’t even do anything to give me back properly my order.
