What’s the use of having social media acct and telephone number when no one is answering your questions and call. Just bought a cake to be delivered earlier in Majaz branch and till now no one contacted if it had been delivered or no. Such a poor service.
I had ordered cakes for my office. While I walked into Al Majaz branch to order the cakes I was speaking to a staff named Mr. Michael. He says he is the in charge of that shop and other staff. I am really confused how can such an arrogant person be appointed as the incharge of such a good and reputed shop. Sweets and cakes are really good which pulls me again and again to that shop. But because of the staff like Mr. Michael I have to think thrice before going to that shop. First he said cake is 2 aed. I said ok and informed him I need 115 pcs. Then I get he is not able to understand me properly so I said I will continue to place the to other staff so that I can make her understand better about my requirements. While I was talking to other staff he just intervened and said cake will be 3 aed. I said it’s written 2 aed and he confirmed me the same few minutes back. But why are you saying it is 3 aed now. He answered me saying don’t talk to me. I don’t understand you. You talk to the female you were talking to. I will give cakes for 3 aed only. Then after a long negotiation he accepted for 2 aed per piece. He literally made me beg him for 2 aed price. I had to negotiate it because all my office people wanted cake from this shop only. So I had no other option. This was the the worst experience in my life from a food chain. I always see him taking and eating sweets and desserts from display more than he works. He eats equal to the bad attitude he has.
The best of the best in sharjah amazing staff very helpful ,you won’t get out of their shop until you are satisfied and happy they put customer above everything there sweets is always fresh and yummy they do amazing customised cakes for all occasions, even my 1st baby boy birthday and the cake was soo delicious ,love them
Good simple cake + arabic dessert place!This cute dessert place is easy for commuters to grab something on the way and back from the office if you live around the area in Sharjah. My first thought for any dessert place is, how good and fresh could this taste at the end of the day. I was happily surprised and that’s saying a lot!The appearance of the kunafa looks just good but the texture, lightness, flavour and filling makes up for the simple aesthetics. The chocolate cake is my benchmark for any dessert place because I am a self-identifying chocoholic. I opted for the black forest and I must say that is the best one I have had all year long. This one passed and exceeded a good standard chocolate cake. This place is great, just really good and true desserts. I can assure you that after eating desserts from this place, you will be significantly happier.
Took a parcel of Iranian sweet, pastry and kunafa Well packed and delivered. Quantity and quality was worth to spend for. Nice location for take away.
