The Hyderabadi Biriyani is a dish with a delicate balance of spices sometimes hard to attain. The right balance can leave your taste buds mesmerized. With a lot of competition around, the biriyani at Bahar Hyderabad was good but can be improved. The Chicken 65 was good, and so was the Chicken 65 Biriyani. The rice was a tad bit salty but manageable. The Chicken inside the Dum Biriyani was amazing and had an amazing juicy texture nestled inside the spice mix and the aromatic basmati rice. Would love to see this place do well in the coming days. Best wishes!
