I have ordered one Chicken Pothi Biriyani from this restaurant and received the same with decayed lemon pickle. Really one of the bad experience and I am not recommending this restaurant for ordering any food home delivery. I am advicing to the hotel adim/management to complete a quality check before the delivery.
Very poor in terms of delivery. And pls dont expect exactly what we ordered . This review isnt based on a one time experience. But over time , with more than 10 times repeated flaw. A bare minimum followup of 5 times is required to get the order on ur door, and mostly with very naive response from the service team who answers the calls.Very very poor service. But the food isnt so bad.
A restaurant which marks our mind with their name.Their Typical kerala Pothi Choru and Pothi Biriyani is really tasty and very economical. Have Ample seating space.
Very unprofessional. Delivered my order after 1.5 hours and they missed one item. I never recommend this restaurant.
Worst delivery service.Min of two hours is what they took to deliver food.Tried calling three to four times to the restaurant and they never tried to deliver in min of one hour even after complaining so much
