I found this restaurant through Zomato and I’m pretty satisfied with the quality and service from this restaurant till date. I’ve made a test order for pothy chicken biriyani and from then this place has been a regular place for ordering. Food quality and quantity is pretty impressive and I’ve never experienced any issues with delivery. Definitely recommend this place if your a foodie and I won’t think one will be disappointed with the service.I’ve only taken home delivery orders through Zomato , so I’m not much sure about the in dining experience.
They always get late delivery
I had ordered 4 litres of payasam I reserved it from Monday as I needed for Wednesday they asured me I will get it between 10 and 12 a.m. but it never came up.They didn’t bother to call me telling that the deliveries will be delayed.finally when it was 3.40pm they responded and delivery is coming. So I decided to cancel the order.
I Have ordered 2 sadhya and you confirmed the order at 12.pm as of didnt deliver the food as now 2.06 pm and I have to leave for office at 2.30 don’t you have any commitment towards the customers if there is rush. I have tried several times on your numbers and no one answering them. At least answer the line for and confirm if you can deliver or not so we can look for other options. Iam a regular customer of yours I order through zomato always this is the first time iam ordering directly because online order is closed. Thank you for making my day keep on waiting for the sadhya. I know this comments doesn’t make any difference for your business but please note this is the first and last time for me.I will never ever order form your restaurant again.
