I wish there was a rating below zero for this place. The customer service here is the worst I have ever seen. The management should train and make sure the staff doesn’t argue or act oversmart in front of the customer. Firstly, they charged me extra without a bill. Secondly had an argument with Areeb (staff of the place), who spoke extremely rudely. I request the management to train him or else I’m sure one day he would be removed for cheating customer and speaking rudely. Overall a bad experience!! Customer satisfaction and happiness is important for a place to grow.
With the winter setting in full bloom it’s a regular place to go late night to sip a cup of garam chai. It’s a no fuss place. Don’t expect great customer service etc. Zafrani, ginger, saada chai a total of 5 cups=Aed 20. Lovely weather, great company with family and it felt like a perfect end to the weekend.
It was my friend who introduced me to this place. This teapot shaped tea shop was quite intriguing at first. Their saffron tea and the beach is a great combo!
Its our regular place for late night outing..I live in front of it.. And i love to go and get tea and karak.. Hope to go back to good weather to enjoy it again
Visited this place for their tea , was looking forward as it was super crowded . Ordered for a Karak tea they freshly brewed it and served it to me . The tea was very bad , firstly it was not at all Karak secondly it was too blank due to which it was a complete let down .
While at corniche definitely a cup of nice tea is needed. It’s a small cute shop shaped as a traditional emarati kettle. Quick service. Tea is refreshing and view at corniche is relaxing.
