You are the worst ever.
Called up the restaurant one hour after ordering. The staff could not understand what I was saying, seems like they are not fluent in English. The staff said my order was on the way, but the order did not reach till another hour later. Very poor delivery and service.
Order haven’t received after more than 90 minutes and cannot cancel my order because they are not responding to zomato staff.Very bad service.One star is so high for this review. Should have been ZERO STAR!
I would give this zero stars if that were possible. I ordered at 4:16, its now 5:30 and still haven’t received my order. I called the restaurant to find out why the delay and the guy who picked us was VERY rude. Disconnected the call while I was talking then again when I tried to call back! So unprofessional – worst experience.
I will be specific to my order. My items were; cheese manakish, cheese with zaatar, and labneh with zaatar. None of them were good. NONE. The cheese took over all the taste in any of the mix manakish. It tasted like it was outdated/expired plus was VERY SALTY. Poor quality of ingredients. The zaatar did not have any taste as if, again, it was outdated and not fresh. The labneh was not soft at all. The only thing that was tolerable was the pastry itself, i ended up discarding the ingredients and having the pastry/bread by itselfNever again.
