My second order from Tanour left me utterly disappointed!Such a shame that the grilled chicken I received today had a terrible foul smell and couldn’t be consumed.My first order of the grilled chicken was well done with grill marks and was juicy and was nothing like this sad looking slob! With the chicken discarded the only saving grace were the bread and accompaniments.I would suggest the restaurant to be consistent with their recipes.Food which compelled me to order for the second time turned out to be a horrible experience.
It’s rare to find such a restaurant that serves a fusion of Jordanian and Arabic cuisine in Sharjah.I visited it a few weeks ago with my family to dine in for an early dinner.Shrimps – plate for 1 was great. The flavour was great and the soup was good too. Hummus was one of the best I have had.We did have a few issues in regards to hygiene but otherwise, in terms of the food, it is recommended.

The Chicken Fakhara and the Chicken BBQ blew me away. It tastes so good. The chicken were perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked. It was tender and the flavors are well-balanced and not overpowering..They also serve lamb ribs and other classic arabic dishes. Unfortunately we were not able to taste them all despite ordering the other choices due to some limitations. We were treated poorly by the cashier and we were not properly assisted with our orders. The breads and sandwiches were not served to us despite requesting an order. It was somehow a bad experience..Nevertheless, their food is good.
Had a great time at Al Fakhar & Al Tanoor Restaurant, they have an amazing range of Arabic cuisine with the perfect style of presentation. Simply loved the dishes used to serve the food. A perfect place for foodies to enjoy good food in an reasonable prices. They have simple yet elegant indoor and outdoor seating area perfect for up coming winter. Mixed Grill. The grill was good and juicy. Beautifully cooked. Simply loved the hummus, salad and garlic sauce served with it. Mansaf. An authentic Arabic rice dish with tender lamb piece covered with yougurt, nuts and veggies. A good one. Overall Experience :Service needs to be improved a little bit as servers were not concerned about the customers. As far as food is concerned this place is a definite try. nayabsarhandi.wordpress.com
I loved the taste of the mansaf, very homely fresh food that arrived quickly to my table, I think this is great food to have delivered as it’s not a fancy restaurant to sit in but the food quality is great my only irk was that when I arrived the door was open and unfortunately some flies came in which tried to eat my meal
