Well ordered a tika chicken. As well as Lebnah and mint which was the best and the best. Amazing service and traditional interior and looks. Could improve more in varieties
Hellooooo beautiful people, mood for Iraqi food.To start : Soup was decent n good starter, and salads were really tasty before main course.Iraqi Kebabs tasted great, well done and juicy. Rice with meat was a good option to suit the kebabs.Very attentive and friendly staffs to make dining experience wonderful. Its always a good option for Iraqi food. Also they serve great fish grill, only you need to order 1 HR I’m advance. When you don’t know a city, you have to rely on guides, suggestions, reviews. This time we decide to rely on the little red guide of the Sharjah Art foundation and we sit in this place (apparently there is one in Dubai as well) without special expectations. But when in few minutes after our order we have been served a huge 3kg fish grilled in the Iraqi way and plenty of other complimentary dishes, we were wordless! This place is full of locals and that’s a good sign! If you are in Sharjah experience it’s food and you will consider to come more often visiting (if you don’t already live there)!
A place where I have had one of the best fish. The complimentary soup is way amazing. Portion of fish is quite big n fulfilling.Although i felt that the kebab platter was a bit overpriced as the quantity was less. Their pickled sauce adds lots more taste to the fish..
Sorry to the native Iraqi visitors. but I found the food horrible. I have been in UAE for 20+ years, and a big fan of Arabic food, but I have not tasted such a bad mutton kabab and mutton tikka ever.I expected the quantities would be decent for a MIX PLATTER worth Dhs 65! But what did they give? 1 Piece Kabab, 5 Pcs of Sheesh Tawook, 5 Pcs of Mutton Tikka.Kabab was so dry that it started breaking into small pieces the moment I tried to take a bite, and Mutton tikka was tasteless – no salt or spices. Sheesh Tawook was okay. But the quanitity – for Dhs 65 its not worth..I will be never visiting this place again. I wish I had taken a photograph of the platter to explain it better.
The best iraqi resturant around the area one of the old iraqi cuisine since long time , i really like it so much and recommend it for all Friends to try it Maskouf – fish Kabab Other grills Iraqi tea
Just tried only once. Had to offer taste of authentic mixed grill to my visiting relatives from India. The experience was too bad. I bought two mix grills with bread as parcel. When I opened the parcel at home, terrified to notice that, the quantity was too less for the money I paid. Then bought some Indian dishes from neighboring restaurants in Rolla square.
