Anybody who has lived in Sharjah for more than 10- 12 years would definitely have frequented this bakery here. Their snacks, sweets, pastries and bread are superior in terms of quality and taste.
One of the oldest bakeries in Sharjah, the puffs and other snack items are good and the price is very affordable, the cakes are very dry and of cheaper quality, but the rest of the food items are good, the staff is not very polite and usually very unwelcoming, but aside that it’s worth a visit for the puffs and the affordability.
Al Reem comes as a blessing amidst a flurry of overpriced bakeries everywhere. They have been consistent with quality and still have lower prices! Many great chicken options! Good place to order large quantities!
By far one of the worst bakeries I’ve ever visited. Just a few hours ago I ordered 4 pastries for take away and when I got in the car and was about to have one I realized there’s only 3 of them. I went back and and they added the fourth one but this time they took an extra 2.5DHS from me, I realized that when I came out of the bakery, I got so angry because clearly they were doing this on purpose! I had high standards to this bakery because of it’s freshness and quality, but over the years their quality has gone down the drain! I guess when they call it a cheap bakery, I didn’t know it also mean’t cheap service and cheap courtesy.Thank You for reading my review.
Reviewing it 5 stars just from my nostalgia effect. My entire childhood, I’ve just loved their bread, sandwiches and pizza. Have seen them introduce new varieties now and then, all through the 1990’s. nidheeshn.com
We used to buy cakes from Al Reem long back. I have also tried their chicken sandwiches. Recently tried a vanilla cake but it was quite bad ! The icing had a weird taste. The quality has deteriorated drastically over the years. Will not be going back anytime soon !
Nice arabian manakish. Its similar to the pizzas but doesnt contain much of topings. Loved the vegetable manakish topped with olives and cheese. Its freshly baked and you’ll like it for sure. Many more varities available but yet to try them.
