Had ordered shawarma yesterday, it was the worst shawarma which i had ever seen. I had contacted the restaurant regarding this and the person on the phone said we sell everyday 500 shawarma and nobody ever complained, but now i see in review section that there are soo many complains. He was not even willing to refund the money. Finally i approached zomato chat and then the restaurant sent refund through delivery boy and took back the shawarma.
