This has got to be one of my favorite coffee shops of all time. Not only do they have some amazing coffee, but their sandwiches and croissants taste amazing. Usually coffee shops dont put much emphasis on food but you’ll be surprised by the quality of food at blends and brews.
My review is not based on what the place offers but about the lack of efficiency the employees have. I was at AUS branch today and I was placing an order while one of the employees decided to mop the floor behind me. I turned around and fell face first. She didn’t warn me and didn’t even bother to sign up the floor with the wet floor sign. My right leg and right shoulder are both swelling up and starting to bruise. Of course there was NO manager at that time to complain to. These people need to be taught how to work before they kill someone!!Oh and one more thing. The barista charged me 20 aed for the cappuccino after I fell and almost dislocated my shoulder. I guess it was the perfect timing to rip someone off. Blends & brews you need to hire new people. I’m definitely complaining to the university tomorrow and with the bruise I’m starting to have I can even sue you guys. Unbelievably the worst humans to hire ever
Really good pastas and salads. Make sure to get a good spot cuz people don’t tend to leave once they have stationed at a table. However great place and food. Their sandwiches are also good and the size proportion is a lot for the money you pay for some sandwiches
One of the best coffee in AUS, much better than Starbucks. Their coffee is rich and has amazing taste. I even like the sandwiches they have such as ceasers sandwich and the chunky chicken sandwich. Their prices are better than other joints in AUS. Highly recommended plus they have some good seating places as well. Good place to study and chill at AUS with good coffee and quick bites.
The only good coffee at AUS, nice place to sit down and wind down at the end of the day, or to even sit and study in a more relaxed environment. Their staff are very friendly as well.
The best coffee/quick sandwich stop in university. They don’t have as much variety as Starbucks but they offer much richer coffee in my opinion. Sandwiches are really good too, and the cakes are in daily from French Bakery. Service is great too!
An ideal place for all the students of AUS coz they can enjoy their favourite coffee while studying at library. The coffee served at blends & brews is awesome. . I love mint n cookie cold coffee which gives me refreshing flavour when I feel tired. Love the place.. 🙂
