Abysmal service. One star is too generous. I ordered a philly cheese steak and it took 2 hours to delivery it, despite their advertised time being 30 minutes. On top of that, my food was completely cold.
It took more than 2 hours to receive my food. When it finally did arrive it was cold to death and the food was all wet with the soda drink that spelled all over!!!! Extremely disappointing!!! Extremely disgusting!!! Never ordering delivery from there again!!!!!!!!
Delayed the order for 2 hours and had to cancel because they still haven’t left the restaurant after 2 hours. This is bad service, if the restaurant is busy with other services they have to cancel the order from their side so we can move on to different order. please don’t waste your customers time.

Located inside the mall on the food court level . I generally like their sandwiches . I first had tried their subs at the dubai mall branch . Here we ordered the chicken philly and the veggie delight and I liked both of them . However I just didn’t like the ambience or location of this branch , but as long as it works for them .
Being in sharjah kinda sucks because the food preparation takes so long. The only thing that can be available on a speedy prep are the fries, upgraded with cheese. They don’t have any promotions or coupon deals available for this branch.
