Ordered a taro milk tea and it tasted very powdery and terrible. Went back to get it changed, the guy at the counter was rude and refused to replace it, even though I asked for something which would cost the same. Absolutely no value for customers. Left the milk tea on the counter and left as this was so disappointing. The employees attitude much worse than the tea. Would never return even though I love bubble tea.
My husband visited this one, realli bad service , not even a smile,he said she had a sad face& was not willin to interact buh anyway they are some solid bubble tea choices on the menu,& their Pearl milk tea with tapioca pearls , taro milk tea & mango q q are my favo..!
Pearl milk tea and wintermelon are my favorite. I always buy here if I go to Megamall. They dont accept credit/debit card. I hope next time they will
The Pearl Milk Tea was okay, i was not asked if i want regular or full iced, or the sweetness i want, guess that they just assume. The taro was pretty bad compared to the one I had back home, it felt like there big pieces of powder inside. The place was very easy to find in Mega Mall, has two seatings. Just a bit disappointed to the Filipina server who took my order, i was not able to get her name but it was today and this time – i just made this review. She was the most sarcastic cashier/server i have ever experienced when I was just trying to know the difference with the sizes and prices of the milktea, hope to for her to get more training when talking to customers. I myself speaks to a lot of clients everyday due to my work and i know how to be polite and when to get my sarcasm out. The hygiene was pretty bad too! The same cashier holding the money took the cups and hold it from the inside without gloves, she assisted the other guy inside but it was a bit disgusting. They should be wearing gloves if they will be the one responsible holding the money too.
