I like their food and I placed order through Zomato and was given 40 minutes waiting time. When I followed up after 45 minutes, was told that it left 12 minutes before. I waited and waited and followed up several times. The food arrived after 1 hour 20 minutes. I didn’t accept and canceled the order. Got frustrated with their unprofessional approach and lies. I tried contacting their Manager as well but couldn’t connect with him.
The quantity served is horribly poor. It’s unexpected to see a portion size which serves exactly one or hardly two. Any portion size is expected to serve two comfortably and three for poor eaters. However do not expect the portion size even two.
It was my worst experience ever tonight, entered the restaurant and order dal had to wait for 25mins to get my order. Secondly when i tell at the counter that you guys took so much time for just packing a dal order they say we don’t keep ready its prepared fresh. However i leave the restaurant and when i come home i get a surprise. The dal is not even cooked well its raw and the best part is that its not even mashed so basically its just semi raw dal. Im very disappointed if a restaurant like this does not even know how to prepare a basic dal!! If the owner is reading this please take a note.

Ordered kesariya jalebi and rabri for home delivery and I have to admit that it was crispy, fresh, tasty and the best jalebi that I have ever had. The rabri was good in taste but in terms of texture it needs improvement.Cheers!
We tried Chatori Gali on 15 Nov 2019, in Abu Shagara, Sharjah. The ambience was okay giving a feel of Delhi. Food is over priced compared to the ambience and quality of facilities. Maki ki roti and saag had cost us AED 40!!!. They even don’t have a proper washroom for ladies and gents. We feel the food was very spicy for a normal person like me and my family. Hygine standards are questionable. However, food quantity was sufficient. Service is pathetic, they are low on man-power. The waiter didn’t explain us the manu properly. We ordered kathi kabab roll, which came to our surprise as the a normal roti sabji. Overall experience was not very pleasant. I don’t recommend Chatori Gali to anyone.
We went for breakfast and the best part is the freshness of food They prepare with lot of care and served hot with the great aroma of spices We tasted the hobo and mooli parathas and they were fantasticEnded with sweets and especially the kalakand was so dear to our heartRecommend all and waiting to explore more
