  I have ordered meal set menu for 2 and one item was missing when I have contacted the restaurant he didn’t respond properly and the food was not upto the money and exceptation.. Food containers was badly packed and spilled all over.

  The instructions were bot follwoed.. and as usual the chicken is under cooked and and has fats on it.. which makes chicken flabby n bad to eat..

  We tried to pay through Zomato gold the guy in the restaurant told us one item is not on discount. We told him it clearly says discount on total bill. He did not allow us to pay through it.

  Despite of many negative comments I rather had a good experience with my order. I have recently moved around that area, the delivery is really quick compared to other restaurants just beneath my building take much more time.. We ordered chinese, and the food was tasty and good quantity, though not authentic Chinese taste. I hope they don’t use frozen leg quarters and frozen meat in their dishes.

  I have had a terrible experience with china hot multiple times, through delivery and pickup orders. I realised that the staff is extremely rude and do not care the slightest about the customers and their experience. After the food I ordered was burnt and bland, I phoned the restaurant to ask why it was so and they blamed me, the customer, for THEIR mishaps. They yelled at us and said they would not compensate and told us to not order from the restaurant again without even apologising once. Not to mention that the order was an hour and a half late and the food was very cold, for which they said that they are busy restaurant and dont care about my order. I ordered by pickup once and they gave me the wrong order, when I rightfully complained the staff once again did not fail to blame the customer (me) and yelled loudly through the phone at us and cut the phone during the call saying to not call the restaurant again. The staff blame everyone but themselves and are very very rude with an extreme attitude. The mindset they have is not fit to run a restaurant as they really have no standards for service, food quality or customer experience. They do not value the customer or their concerns and are very dismissive of feedback and mistreat them to the point of making the customer pay for incorrect orders and holding no responsibility to fix the issue. Truly ridiculous and horrible behaviour. This is unacceptable service from a restaurant and I have made sure to tell everyone I know to not order from this disgusting restaurant ever again. PLEASE save yourselves and never order from here or eat here! They are frauds running a restaurant and there are many better options you can choose from to eat at instead of here. I can assure you that they do not value you as a customer at all and will tell you to not eat from here or call them if THEY ever make a mistake themselves. Will never order from this unprofessional and disgusting place ever again (based off of MULTIPLE experiences)

  This place is a hidden gem in Sharjah, although it is a small branch tucked away behind Qasba and Majaz Corniche ;the food and taste is just great. They have an open kitchen allowing you to see your food being cooked giving you full confidence that is the best.Price is very reasonableRecommended dishes are crispy beef and double dragon chicken
