If u have more tha enough time to wait, Arguably the best charcoal pepper u can order in Sharjah area. But had a very disturbing experience. Order placed at 9.10PMknowing that mew yr night is going to be hectic. Followed up on phone at 9.50, it was promised to be delivered before 10.00 by restaurant desk, 10.30 called again and got the delivery guy’s number, he told me in 10 minutes it will be delivered, called again and informed the guy that 11.00 to 11.10 we will leave outside please give priority, person agrees, and when we left the house at 11.20, the order came and I had to deny since we were already outside the building and informed the person I had alrdy paid thru creditcard, but shows disrespect and says no more delivery will be made by him against my orders. Must say, they were once service oriented, but now mentality seems to hav changed. New yr spoiler..! 1 kind advise to restaurant team, never make promises if u cant keep them.
I got the order after 1 hour and 45 mins . They only realized about the online order after I made the call to restaurant after one hour to check why the order is running late. They made fake update on Zomato that order is accepted and food is in the kitchen .They lied to me that driver has already left half an hour ago but they accepted order while I was on the call , which I came to know when I read the timing on the bill . They even said they called the driver and he’s not answering when I made the second call to follow up . We can accept they didn’t notice the zomato order , but can’t accept so much drama and lies . They didn’t even call back regarding this issue . This is the worst experience I’ve ever had . Let me see whether they will respond on this review

A restaurant famous for charcoal chicken. All foods are having good taste. Never order food when you are really hungry coz it take a long time to delivery. Taste of the food worth wait.. we have option to select fish, which they will fry for us on our taste.. must visit once..
Good food, good taste. You can pick this option if you want to grab some sandwiches or juice. Great with fried rice though. A good option on just a normal day !
Very bad service. Ordered 2 chicken burger for kids but deliver only one with the bill of two. Informed them about the wrong delivery but they took another 1 hr for second delivery
