I have ordered food from here quite a few times. Grand Berlin doner is my favourite. Very well made and of a very decent quantity. Orders are on time as stated.
They need to hold back on the salt!! The grang berlin doner was salty almost to the point where it tasted bitter!! Waffle fries were a shame, not crispy at all. I also got a nutella doner and there was barely any nutella. What a shame. Not to forget their extremely high prices, and for food like this. Don’t waste ur money guys, find another place for doners.
We ordered 2 Grand Berlin doners. One was mix and other one was chicken. The meat was cold and one of the them was salty. Sauces were dripping and doner was greasy although they’re usually supposed to feel light. Cleanliness and ambiance was alright but the staff was not at all attentive even though they were barely any customers apart from us. Wouldn’t come here again.
Well let’s be fair to the man on the counter he’s ok just ok tje ambiance is ok place oa clean the music is good the food is terrible by all means. I’m not sure if this is what everyone else is being served but this is a shame of food
أسعارهم جدا غاليه. وخدمة الموظفين لا بأس فيها. للأمانة في مطاعم ثانيه أحلى وأرخص تضبط الدونر. اتصلت عالطعم قالولي ماعندهم توصيل لكن اكتشفت ان المطعم موجود في موقع طلبات
Very dissappointed with the staff of this outlet as compare to other outlets of doner & gyros and service and behavior was not up to the standard they have set
