I like the food here but it’s my first time ordering online. It took them to deliver the food an hour which I was informed earlier and I agreed. Then the wrong order was delivered to me. My order will then take another 25 minutes to arrive which I cancelled. Not ordering from this place again.
Tasty fresh food !! And hot as well
Food Box seems to be a nice spot, with interesting interiors and some chic hideaway booths. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The food seemed pretty good too, and the tablet with their Instagram account provided more context for their menu. My only issue was with their pace of service – when we walked in, we were the only customers for quite a while – yet, it took over 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive, then another 20 minutes for half our order to hit the table, and then another 20 minutes for our remaining order to finally arrive. If service was so slow when the restaurant was practically empty, I would not walk in if I saw the restaurant was even half-empty. They really need to speed up and improve their food prep service.
Walked in, sat down and was attended to by their staff. Ordered two sushi, beef teriyaki and dynamite shrimp. Now first thing I’ve had dynamite shrimp everywhere and these guys shrimp taste the best, it’s like PF Chang standard. The sushi was amazing and held together, the beef was made beautifully. Staff was courteous and professional, big open space, nice ambience. I definitely feel it deserves a 5/5. P.S the prices are amazing, like it’s very cheap and very tasty. Keep doing what you’re doing food box. You’re prolly one of my best reviews ever.
The sushi in Food Box is really good, especially the Volcano sushi roll. However, their service is very slow. Other than sushi, I tried the dynamite fries, dynamite shrimp, and vegetable fried rice which were really good.
I ordered crab salad for the first time and it was delicious, when I ordered it again they haven’t included the crunchy base which was very disappointing. I hope they keep their service as I know. The sushi is not that wow but still edible.
Food Box is one of my favorite spots in sharjah in case i wanna have sushi, they’re absolutely delicious, the volcano has the amount of spice the i love. They other dishes as well.
