I had gone to the cafe near Sephora on the ground floor and One of the staff was very rude to my friend and also wasn’t good at service as she was not behaving professional at all with the both of us and misread our order and wasn’t allowing my friend to wait there for me by constantly talking in her language across my friend every time and making faces and making her feel uncomfortable Secondly she served our drink in a very very horrible quality plastic mug which also had no logo of Gloria jeans on it. The cup was so fragile that it may have just popped up open if she was holding it tighter. Also the straw was quite thin and was absolutely incorrect for the designated drink. Very unprofessional in every approach especially attitude wise, definitely never going back again.
This branch of Gloria jeans is way better than the one in the upper floor. It’s like they don’t belong to the same brand! The staff are more welcoming, attentive and accommodating to your requests and the seating is way better no doubt. The quality of drinks and food offered also surpass their other branch. I’m wondering why this lack of consistency among branches within the same brand?
I would rate them as just average. Decent beverages and decent service, but very overpriced snacks! Not worth it at all! Definitely you can give a miss to this place. Especially since this outlet is in the food court of Mega Mall, hardly any ambience or space.
A well situated location amidst Mega Mall, with an upscale venue and great ambiance. The quality of food is at par with the franchise’s standards. There are a lot of negative reviews about their staff and quality of service in the reviews section here- that is certainly something that they should look into

Have tried americano, and a snack, doesnt seem to be up to my expectations! I wouldnt compare it to the biggest coffee chains but stand alone, it stands no wer to a coffee dat leaves me wanting for more! The ambience is good but open to the escalator which is less comfortable!
