The hotel response is very very bad. Delivery time is more than 1.15 mint and there is no full order delivered. Billing is done but no item delivered. There is no response to the call also.
Kerala porata is like a rock it is biting back
They only entertain high value orders, in emergencies when your order is of less value, they get upset and say 45 minutes and dont care of delivery!!
