Karak gholam combined Arabian and Indian flavors,giving it a very modern touch and turned it into one unique joint!Venue Vibes: This side of Sharjah is definitely expanding and renovating their ways and this Outlet is one of them. They’ve got such a different style to it all which works well.Service: Friendly, decent.Highlights: Butter Chicken wraps, Nutella wraps, Gholam steak, From their Hamsa(The chicken Malai, the shrimps and the keema were spot on), Their Vietnamese and Rose falooda beverages were refreshing and their signature katak chai was no doubt, a good one!Their desserts are a must have, especially the gulab jamun cheesecake!!Loved the presentation on it all as well.Personal favorites: Butter Chicken, Chicken Malai, Gulab jamun cheesecake and their beverages.
I tried karak gholam in kuwait i loved the experience, however i was shocked with the quality of bread, so greasy and there is no flavor. And i asked for other option of bread they don’t have. I asked for water and they have only evan water which is not my first option for water. I do not think there will be a next visit.
