Bad service, food is late, staff are slow They take so long to serve and the place is not good and everything is badddddddddddddddd I’m speechless I’m hungry
There is seating indoors and outside. I have had to return the Mezze platter once as I felt it was stale and the chef was very difficult in replacing my order. That was a very bad customer service experience. Ordered steak another time and it was done well. There is a frequent problem of noisy guests (especially younger generations) who use mobile devices without personal headphones and this can be very annoying when you want to have a quite mean by the beach.

Went for Thursday buffet today, Moroccon cuisine. Food is good, variety could be improved. Desserts good, and drinks (basic) included in price. Also have a separate food section for kids which is good. Service slow, seems not enough staff and they seem to be over worked and stressed out. But overall very good and would recommend it, but better to call first to see which cuisine they are serving cos it’s not the same every week.
Food is very good but service is the worst .. slow service and slow waitresses .. sooo long time waiting the food .. and then food came and they forgot to bring 2 meals and i had to wait again for them Really staff should be trained more on how to serve customers ..
Too pricey for the quality ( & quantity) of the food. Tried many dishes but its all very normal and very pricey. Their drinks are fresh and good, desserts are too pricey,I’d suppose with the same normal taste. Their breakfast buffet is very limited , and its for AED 95 . Most hotels would charge that much for quite larger selections. After I made that conclusion I now only order a cappuccino ( which is also not that special) . Just to enjoy the breathtaking view.
Ambience:Great view from the outside seating. The restaurant is in a semi circle with the inner seating facing the outside seating and the beach. Winters is great best time to enjoy meals here.Food:Very healthy options. Variety of cuisines. I can be difficult to take your pick with their amazing options in food. You can find anything in their menu from pasta to sandwiches and grills. I and my friend ordered King club sandwich and kabab platter. Food can take about 25mins but it was worth it.Staff:Staff was less in quantity according to how much was the place buzzing at lunch hour. They can do with more staff Im sure.Price:Since they offer healthy options and are situated in a private facility its a little pricer that’s about 60/- aed per person.
