Took 2 hours to deliver wrong items. Restaurant like this should be stoped
Worst service..food delivered after one hour from the expected time and even they didn’t deliver my complete order,. they had just delivered half order after waiting two hours. Zomato should remove such Resturants like Meera restaurant from the list to improve the services.
Yesterday i ordered thali from Zomato. My order came more then 40 minutes delay as usual with this restaurant but the shock was delivery guy was scolding me that why i was not waiting already down the building. He was talking so rude and rough as if im eating free. Then my order value was 11.55 so i gave him 11.50 but in his receipt it was 12.75. Change of value was minor but i was already upset due to his behaviour so i refused to pay extra and cancelled the order. By all this i forgot to take back my money and he just gone. After few minutes i realized i didnt get back my money. so i have to call him 3 times then he came back and return my money. Completely horrible experience. I will never ever order from this. Besides its hard to forget such horrible experience. You are hungry you are paying the money and still the delivery guy scolds you that why are you not already down the building waiting for him that too he is 40 minutes delay.
I recieved a call from the restaurant within 5 minutes of the order, makung sure they send it the right way. But the delivery took an hour and 45 mins whereas I live about 10-15 mins from this placeThe snacks aka chaats would obviously get soggy but Chaats were so soggy as it seemed that they had been prepared an hour before they were delivered to me. Taste was pretty average.Needs to work upon few things.
