Had the Dinner buffet yesterday, 6-11-2017. Food was pathetic, so much so that even the Hummus was sour. The buffet was priced at AED 126 per person and AED 63 for Children above 6. The spread was minimal and there more of salads than actual food. All my daughter had was white rice and roasted potato. The pasta was terrible to even take in a morsel. The mutton, beef and fish dishes were so sad in taste. Desserts were minimal and tasted like they had been bought from some roadside bakery shop. I could not believe that we decided to celebrate our wedding Anniversary here and ended up with such a lowly maintained and poorly cooked food. This is a really pathetic way to portray such a big brand like Hilton. Highly priced, bad food and shaky tables. Definitely not Hilton standards.
Wonderful service! Gabriel did an amazing job! Thank you.Our waiter, Gabriele was fantastic! The food was superb and it was so nice that he brought be a surprise birthday dessert to share with my friend!
I’m seriously beginning to doubt some ratings by Zomato users. Like quite a few occasions, this time I was about to be deceived, had I not had an open mind.My friend received a coupon for buffet; buy one and get the other free. We decided to go for lunch. Considering the fact that it’s in a five star hotel, the interior wasn’t up to the mark, I felt. But we got to enjoyed a nice view of the Buhairah corniche from where we were seated.Definitely the variety available for display wasn’t vast. But out of all that I tasted beginning from salad to desserts, I was pleased with most. The items were prominently Mediterranean. Liked the Iranian kababs, fish in anchovy sauce, and lamb stew. Had white sauce pasta which I got myself prepared at the live station. Wasn’t bad. My friend and I loved everything from desserts; especially carrot cake and a tri colored mousse. A staff suggested for us to try a combination of goat cheese with tomato cherry and balsamic vinegar, which was nice.I don’t know if I will visit again but I strongly advice people not to decide whether to go to Mojo or not based on ratings. It is worth a try.
Had the breakfast buffet.Well placed and service was good.Menu-5Taste-5Service-5Desserts were good.I got a nice front view table and enjoyed my breakfast.
Went to this place with my friends last Friday for a lunch , we arrived thier at 3 pm the place was completely empty , we orderd chicken Beryani and 1 chicken burger and 1 beat burger , The quantity of the food was alot but I didn’t like my dish , my friends were satisfied , prices are reasonable and the service was fast .
My husband and I went for the dinner buffet on a weeknight, along with our four year old..while there were a fewer number of dishes compared to other similar restaurants, the food was tasty..there was a nice Vietnamese chicken, Arabic rice with lamb, Iranian dill fish..there was a good variety of desserts too..while it might be a little overpriced at 126 AED per head, thanks to our traveler card, we paid half..and that was definitely worth it 🙂
Had lunch with colleagues at the Mojo. I am confused on what to rate so I went down the middle- hears the reason why:Positive – the Hilton has valet parking, an impressive lobby. the view in this restaurant is fantabulous. A clear view over the lagoon, the waterfront and the majaz skyline. the restaurant is big, well spaced and even when full – wont feel cramped. the server – Archie has a contagious smile and a positive disposition to match. service was prompt.Negative – the furniture looked tired, and worn out. although maintained well – seemed to have lived its life. slightly wobbly chairs etc.Not sure – the menu was standard. I didn’t see any adventure in the menu. standard salads, international cuisine main course and desserts from every where – cakes to Umm ali. However, for people who are vegetarians – there was only salad and soup.Total fare – AED 119 per head inclusive of soft drinks and tax
