Absolutely atrocious. After waiting for an hour with a promise time of 40 minutes, we were informed that the food would be delayed by another 45 minutes. After 2 hours of placing the order, Zomato was unable to get in touch with the restaurant.After 3 hours, the restaurant calls us and instead of apologizing, ask us if we can wait longer for our order to be fulfilled. The least they could have done was informed us before hand that they cannot fulfill the order so that we could have made alternate arrangements.Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Definitely will not recommend.
I placed online and was charged to me twice and I am following up more than one month till now it is not resolved. Every time the call center agent tells me that he will send email and get back to me till now it is not refunded. Very pathetic management in U.A.E. and poor customer service.
They charged me for the order, called and said they cannot deliver to my location, then said they will refuse the order, and went ahead and marked the status as delivered.
Always take 2 hours for delivery And no answer on there call centre number#papajhons
After accepting the order and payment, they cancelled the order (DON’T KNOW WHY) . To my horrifying experience I saw the order status after more than an hour and it was my son’s birthday party. It was nightmare for me to do alternate arrangements and to hold on to the small kids. ITS BETTER NOT TO ACCEPT THE ORDER IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER.
