Been ordering here for long time time. At first the service was good. I ordered tapsilog today, the rice and the tapa were spoiled. Wasn’t able to eat it.
My order was incomplete. They didn’t include the 5 orders of Pandesal (total of 15pcs) And i immediately contacted the restaurant but unfortunately nobody pick up my call. So disappointed!!!
Good price for the food. Staff are always polite and friendly. Clean and sanitized table and area (just the toilet is a bit messy and OOS most of the time). Overall, 3/5.
First of all the prices are awesome. Very affordable. I ordered bulalo which was delicious. I particularly like that the soup tasted natural, unlike in other restaurants where the first thing u taste is the overwhelming flavor of the beef broth cubes. Ingredients were generously added. Lots of meat and veggies. Delivery guy was pleasant and polite. Even came back for two tiny spring rolls that were missing from my order. I really appreciate that. Ordered their palabok and some bread too which i am yet to taste. But so far my overall experience was good.
