We happened to visit this outlet of Puranmal for the first time yesterday. We ordered Vada Sambar, Onion Uttapam, Bombay Pizza and Plain Dosa. All the items tasted great. Their staff, Mr. Noor Muhammad took special care of us and we had a great experience overall.
A nice place to be with friends and family.great ambiance and interior. very hygienic.we ordered SHAM SAVERA KOFTA and PANEER TIKKA MASALA along with roties.Roties were nice, SHAM SAVERA KOFTA was superb with great flavors but PANEER TIKKA MASALA was sheer disappointment, it was bland in taste, no flavors at all.Main thing to the hotel management is about the service staffs and the waiters, there attitude was not so friendly and somewhere i felt as if they were not happy with our visit as we were the first people to visit the restaurant that eve and they were having gala time before we entered and suddenly as we entered they were put to work again, so i felt the were not so happy with that.The waiters and other service staffs approach was not so great against what was expected from Puranmal Restraurant reputation.
