Good for a quick food if you are to the area. The seatings are very congested and flies all around. I gave suggestions about fly control (which I have some knowledge about) while paying my bill. To my shock the manger himself seems not bothered about. Food safety authorities please.
Very bad food, we ordered grilled chicken from there and the delivery was after 1 hour. Thought that tasty food will compensate for the waiting time. Bad smell was coming when the food is opened and it was completely pathetic.

Ordered a shawarma from the SAME BUILDING and did not receive the order for 30 minutes. When I called to cancel the order, the person on the phone lied that it’s only 20 minutes and instead of apologizing for the delay, all he had to say it OK OK OK OK so that he can hang up the phone. THE PHONE RECORDS DON’T LIE. People open restaurants to do business but don’t care for quality and service.
This restaurant has got very good food trust me. But the person who sits at the counter during the day is really a very frustrating guy with the poorest customer experience I have encountered. The moment I entered today, to get some food I was greeted with a very gruesome face of this guy. I tried to talk to him, he really replied to me in a very very very bad way to an extent that I stood, looked at him and even ran out of words to say. And to my supprise, this guy even left me there and continued with his business leaving me to idleness. This is so bad to actually come from the boss of the company. Your food is good and I will continue eating there but you have improved the way to handle customers.
Been a while we shifted to nahda sharjah. This is the best cafeteria come restaurant i have known. Order anything anytime they deliver it with quality and time at your door step. Be its fresh juices ( my favorite being avocado to chicken club meals) or taking burger on the go. Definitely would recommend and should try. Last but not the least reasonable pricing.
