Ordered online for breakfast and paid through my card. But unfortunately after 20 mins I got a call from them saying the ordered item wasn’t on menu. They Delivered a replacement that too late by 20 mins. When I checked the order they had forgotten the Beverage I ordered. Delivery person was surprisingly reluctant to accept the mistake saying its not his fault. The whole experience was upsetting. Plus this is a zomato exclusive restaurant. Bad service. Quality of the food was also poor.
