I visited the Lady Westminster on recommendation from friends as the only opportunity to see them. The place has great promise,great peopleand appears to be buildingon its success but its karaoke which drew us there is poor. I arrived to find they had not got the song I requested so they used my memory stick but seeing it held 440karaoke songs the copied them all without asking.I was told this meant any of my songs would be there for me to sing but they then denied having themrepeatedly. I refused to sing alternativesand looked the bad guyone even put his finger in his mouth as if to be sick. This one would walk amongst its patrons thrusting himself in their faces. I give up as it seems by the dwindling audience have the many as even the sound has worsened. The songs the took would cost around 500 and all they had to do was play the ones I requested but even that proved to much. A pity as this place has massive potential lets hope it can claw back those it has abused.
