Disappointing. After using your service for home delivery for many years tonight (22/03/14) we called for our usual delivery and was very disappointed with the attitude of the member of staff who took the order manners cost nothing and to just be hung up on at the end of the order with no thank you or how much it will be. It took several attempts to get through as on one number every time someone answered they just put phone on the side. The food needs to be hot and correct and if it isn’t it will be a very irate phone call going. I am disgusted with the overall way we have been treated.

Ordered today for the first time after hearing good reviews. i waited an hour for my food to be delivered, wasnt a large order and yet it was a portion of rice short. food was just about warm. rang to complain to be told it would be half hour for my rice or i could have it free on my next order. there will be no next order. really disappointed with the service.and although my other half was happy enough with his food, i wasnt at all impressed with mine. perhaps it was just a bad night, they did say the chef was under pressure and the drivers were all busy but i personally dont think they tried to make up much for it.
