Ordered three things, so pretty simple really.. One chicken burger with cheese and mayo, one quarter pounder with burger sauce, cheese and fried onions and a medium pizza. Before I even got chance to set eyes on my burger, my husband had already eaten 3/4 of (what he thought was) his… Upon opening mine, it was (to my belief) another beef burger so I called the takeaway to say that I had no chicken burger, to be told that the bigger one was a chicken burger, but doesn’t look like a chicken burger due to being made from mince meat – I mean to pay this price for mince meat is just extortion. So, my burger had been demolished by my husband already who didn’t even notice the difference…and as I’m trying to tell him that the other burger is burnt, he’s saying goodbye and trying to end the conversation… So I finally get my say and tell him that the beef burger is burnt for him to ask if I’ve eaten any of it, no I hadn’t, so he tells me they just get a bit dark when cooking; my reply, what BLACK?! So he answers: It’s not burnt, just cut it with a knife and you’ll see it isn’t burnt. Okay thanks bye and proceeds to hang up on me! There was no cheese on either burger, and onion on both. The pizza was fairly nice but probably because I was so hungry. Rude staff who don’t give one hoot about their customers – disappointed is an understatement after the other reviews.
