Ordered from their website and got a confirmation email saying that my order would be with me around 22:04. Got to 22:20 and phoned takeaway who told me that they didn’t have the order, the person on the phone said that he would phone me back and let me know if they have received the order. 5 minutes passed and got no call back so I phoned again and was told that yes they had just got the order and it would take about 40 minutes.When I got the order it was missing the extra toppings that I had paid for and got 6 chicken wings instead of 10. They did compensate me for the late delivery by giving me bottle of coke (because I asked them to) and if they hadn’t given me less than I had paid for, I wouldn’t have bothered to write this review (just wouldn’t have ordered from them again)But to pay them extra and get less is either just a con or they just don’t read the orders porperly.Very unprofessional.
