We went with some of my friends to this pub, for my friend birthday. She made a reservation over the phone! When we arrived it turned up we had no tables books as apparently we called a wrong number which was taken from their website! We called twice and nobody told us this is the wrong number cos it wasn’t. We were given the loudest table ever so we asked to either turn the music down a bit or give us another table instead. We ordered some drinks and food too.The manager called Vino made a big fuss which turned into a fight! He was so rude, way out of order and that person needs to be balanced as he doesn’t know how to politely deal with the situation like that. He has got such a bad temper and some anger management issues cos the way he treated us was so unprofessional. In the end we have decided to leave the place as we were treated very badly, We also asked for the money back which he refused at first! I had to beg him to give us the money back. He eventually did but made me promise not to write any reviews but I am not gonna leave it like that and will take it further. Some actions need to be done! Ive been a regular kept visiting that pub anytime a had a chance, now i will never show my face there! The manager kept blaming my friend for the whole incident as according to him he was drunk rude and arrogant which he wasn’t ! Why because he asked for the money back for the food which wasn’t even delivered!Nobody could beleive what happened this night!!!!!This was really terrible!!!!!! Place is absolutely awful!!! Staff don’t know how to treat their customers and how to deal with them in the way they should be treated!I really do not recommend this pub!!!!! Dreadful place, would definitely not recommend, and the rude manager that served us should be sacked. I will not be returning and will be advising friends and family not to go there!!!!!

Having just moved to Ealing recently, me and a friend stumbled across the Tavern in the search for breakfast. 6 for an all day breakfast, cooked to perfection and couldn’t finish if all. Was fantastic!! Well worth the 6 and more. Perfect hangover cure and the atmosphere and layout of the bar allured us in for drinks on another occasion.
