Well what can you say a few weeks back they left my order short of chips so tonight I ring for food and they say I complained last time that my food was cold …wrong….they say that if I complain again they won’t deliver to me ..but they take my order tonight but it don’t arrive ….so I ring and they say I didn’t answer the door ..lying cunts….seems to me once they fuck yr order up they blame the customer…wankers…..food is nice but service is shit
Disgusting food, disgusting management and disgusting customer service. Rang the manager as good had turned up once again missing an item. We were then accused by the manager of lying and hiding chips he then went on to say we didn’t order chips. We spoke to the manager about our food arriving cold he claimed it was due to the salad on the kebab although one did not have salad on but was still freezing cold; the manager went on to accuse us of lying and wanting a free meal by saying out food was cold. Food took over an hour even though the manager said it wasn’t ‘busy’ we live a 5 minute drive from empire however we will not be using them again , plenty more better kebab shops around, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID
Is it everyone or just me, that needs a fulfilling donner kebab at the end of a night out! Empire’s donners are nice and one is definitely not enough. Pricing is very reasonable. One of my fav items on the menu is the mixed chicken and lamb donner. My only suggestion to the owners would be to increase the filling just a tad bit, would make the donner so much more flavoursome!
