Rude Manager. Manager is so rude that I couldn’t care less about the food. He is almost angry with his customers. He is extremely unfriendly with kids. I actually love the food and will go there much more often if not for the behaviour of this guy. Not sure who one this restaurant but they need to visit this place and see for themselves how it is managed.
Poor service, poor food. I’ve been going to this restaurant on recommendation for a few years, and have witnessed a slow slide downwards.First went around 5 years ago, was absolutely fantastic.Since then the food just isn’t what it it was. For 20 per head its incredibly expensive for the food.Last night took the biscuit, we ordered a chow mein (which in most places regardless of interpretation is a dry dish) and were presented with a tasteless sludgy liquidy dish.When I complained, i was simply told that ‘their’ chow mein is wet and what everyone else calls chow mein they call hakka noodles. why? who knows.The other dishes were passable, nothing to write home about anymore.Ultimately very disappointed with the service and the quality of food.
Hey jatin it seems u have never been to a rest. before….i love the food very much….i have been there many a times never disappointed…..and the kulfi is called stick kulfi…..u rather eat at home if u don’t have the capacity to spend…U SUCK BIG TIME.

Be very careful if you are a vegetarian. There was a piece of chicken in one of the vegetarian dish we ordered. The manager was very rude and unhelpful.
Spice n ice is the first restaurant in UK who has refused us into the restaurant only because we have a baby with pushchair. Pissd off with their attitude….bunch of losers….pathetic managers…..wish them all the bad luck with the restaurant
