About
The town's former post office, the Glass Blower is a large bustling town pub, popular with all ages. The comfortable interior displays pictures of the town's industrial history: coal, pottery & bottle making, whilst the route to the toilet celebrates sculptor Henry Moore. A good range of guest beers is served by informed staff. Beer festivals are held in Spring and at Hallowe'en. It has a large garden and a children's licence applies until 9pm in designated area. It opens for breakfast at 8 am. Note the pub's fortuitously personalised postcode!
