L'Eglise is a Hove landmark that has been closed since Mother's Day 2014. We have recently re opened under new ownership and are now fully open and ready to welcome you back. The menu has stayed predominantly French and we have still have the set menu available at lunch time along with classics like Moules frites and Crouque Monsieur. At night we have a dinner menu to offer which will always consist of 5 starters, 5 mains and 5 deserts along with our 28 day dry aged steaks. This menu too will change every month at least. We source as much as we can from the county of Sussex, including wines from Ditchling and Bolney, Sussex gin, vodka and vermouth from Blackdown, meat from Lewes, fish from Newhaven and ice cream from Pulborough. Our commitment is to fresh produce of the highest quality treated with care by our chef Alistair Doyle and friendly service from Andy Tinker-Taylor front of house. Ali and Andy are business partners and a between them have years of experience in the food and wine industry and they very much look forward to your visit and comments.
