Mrs angie reilly. We planed a surprise 70s get together for family and friends for our mum. From the moment we entered the restaurant we were made to feel welcome. The waiting on staff were fantastic could not do enough for us. The food was excellent praise for the chefs. Everything was perfect the food quailty presentation.It has been a long time coming other restaurants should take note. Will recomend to others and will definetly visit again.

We went for my birthday on 15th july,which was a wednesday.The place was packed,which was a good sign.We got the two course set meal which comes with a glass of wine which has a set price of 15.The food was really really good and very hot.The service was a bit slow but it was mid week and very busy.Would defo reccommend this place.Good value for money and really good food.The waiters and waitresses where very friendly.
Dined here recently and having heard mixed reviews I was keeping an open mind as to what to expect. I must admit the food I had was really tasty: chicken & chorizo to start with welsh lamb main. There is a deal offering free wine but I was driving so I opted for a soft drink. Would definitely return to eight (or ei8ht as it is irritatingly shown as). All in all a good place, yes it is average looks wise but the food is above average and there is entertainment for those evenings you just want a beer or cocktail in the bar.
The manager us awful! Rude and has no idea how to deal with complaints. We waited an hour for our first course then another 45 mins for the second course. Food was excellent though and waitresses good.
