Allan and Maria welcome you into our kitchen! Coming from a European and Asian background we are a family oriented restaurant that serves good, quality and fresh food. Previous to Amersham, Gusto has been open in Chorleywood for 5 years and has become NUMBER 1 in Hertfordshire ranked by TripAdvisor. Head chef and owner Allan, has worked with the Hyde Park Hotel in Knightsbridge, the Dorchester as chef de partie and became sous chef to the Executive Sous chef. He went on to be the Executive Pastry chef of the Excelsior in Rapallo. A few Cruise liners such as Cunard (Executive Pastry Chef), Silverseas (Executive Chef) and Seabourn (Executive Chef)
