Came here for their dim sums and roast duck. Foods were above average. I would considered theirs a bit expensive. Further, their service can be hit and miss! Waitresses were rather inattentive.
Bad service. I find this restaurant seems to have selective customers because it’s far too obvious that the waiters and waitresses are much more attentive and willing to serve English customers while every time when Chinese customers(like myself) try to get their attention or just ask them to do a favor, they immediate put this disgusting face and then go straight into the area (near the toilet) and ”DISCUSS” with their colleagues USING MANDARIN OR CANTONESE. I just find it so rude. end of.

Great Allrounder. The food I have been served has been excellent. I have had a wide range of the Dim Sum and some of the main course dishes. Between 2-5pm on everyday but Sunday, the Dim Sum is half price. My girlfriend and I had 3 dishes each and tea and the final bill came to ~9! We couldn’t believe it for such excellent fare! Surprisingly it wasn’t very busy at the time either!On another occasion I went with a friend who recently returned from China and wanted to show us some of his favourites. On finding that one of them wasn’t on the menu, the staff were happy to make an approximation to it just for us! More generally the staff have been excellent, very cheerful, responsive and happy to deal with other difficult requests such as all 6 of us paying separately on card (oops)..The restaurant is huge, a similar size to the Tai Wu on Oxford Street. The furnishing is high quality and they are happy to accomodate special needs, higher chairs for shorter people etc. For my taste there could be more significant separating partitions to make it feel less like a canteen, but that’s my only complaint.I will be looking for an opportunity to go again soon! What more can I say!
