Been coming here for years. Staff is lovely and food is the best in the area by a long shot. Highly recommend Joy King House to anyone looking for Chinese food in the area.
Poor quality. The Chicken chowmein from here was awful! Soggy noodles covered in sauce! Not like anything I’ve witnessed before! Nothing seemed fresh all the ingredients where off poor quality I wouldn’t recomend it.
Disgusting service. Ordered a takeaway off you tonight, told up to an hour for delivery that then took an hour and a half. The food arrived cold and with the pork balls missing. The woman who is answering your phones is an utter disgrace and does not know customer service at all. Accused of eating the food and trying it on, I ordered for delivery but told you would only discuss if I bought the food back to you?? You would not listen and did not care at all. After many years of using I am angry and disappointed. You should be ashamed and I will tell everyone I know not to use you. Disgusting.
‘Joy King House’ is written as in Chinese, this name was a symbol for a place where people can come and mingle together for a jollies feast.
