Disgraceful service. First of all, we waited over an hour for our pizza when we were told it would take 30 mins. After ringing the takeaway to find out what was going on, the lady on the phone was rude and stated that ‘we should have stood outside!! The least she could have done was ring and say come outside right? Her reply to this was ‘my battery was dead’ right okay so its my fault your battery was dead. Still, being that we were still hungry she said she would re-deliver the food…15 minutes she arrived with a cold stare, and even colder pizza! When we rang back and complained about this, the reply was ‘its your fault! Wow! Anyway, i dont think i’ll be ordering from here EVER! Again, and will be telling my uni friends not to either.
