Disappointed. We ordered from Paddyfield Balham tonight and were extremely disappointed with the service and the food. We were contacted by a third party delivery company after the expected delivery time (as stated in the confirmation email), to say that their driver had been waiting outside Paddyfireld for 15mins and that the food had not yet been delivered to them. I asked the guy for an eta and he could not provide this. After 2 hours the food arrived, it was cold and lots of the liquid had fallen into the bag.
