Very busy and long wait to be served as many people were passing the time due to the very wet weather. Coffee was quite insipid.
It’s not bad to be fair, it’s a bit shabby but reflects the store it’s in.The herbal tea is nice, it’s seldom too busy to get a seat.It’s convenient and as good as any chain coffee place in Plymouth.
Visited with my son, girl behind counter was really cold ,rude and just lacked customer service skills.
Situated on the ground floor of the House of Fraser, this is the ideal place to park hubby whilst you explore the upper sales floors! Great coffee with limited snacks and desserts. Professional and courteous staff.
