We were in need of a Coffee & Snack and so paid Coffee Bean a visit. Nice friendly service and good selection of Food & Drinks. We enjoyed Coffees and two crumpets each in the comfortable inside seating area.
Had to wait 20 minutes for two basic coffees. Only two staff on. This has happened on the last 4 visits. Won’t go there again.
Sadly, after several years of brilliant service, standards have fallen. New, young staff seem unable to cope under pressure.
Visited several times and have always experienced amazing service, lovely friendly staff and great coffee and cake! Huge selection and caters for vegan/dairy/gluten free. We’ll definitely always choose Coffee Bean for our cafe treats!
