Euten E. Lindsay is a chef with a difference. Born in Kingston, Jamaica. Classically French trained at Westminster catering college, in 1989-94, London. Chef Euten brings a perfect blend of Caribbean, Oriental, British, Spanish, Mediterranean food cuisines fused carefully and passionately to create his own unique 'Fusion Cuisine'. mixing the best of fresh local and organic, seafood, dairy, poultry, goat, beef, lamb, exotic fruits and raw vegetables with flavors from around the known world. 1995 launched his first restaurant, Eutens Restaurant & Bar of Covent Garden, was at the time Londons only Caribbean themed restaurant. He has served many prestigious clients, including the late Princess Diana, MP`s and music celebrities. As Executive Head Chef at Addington Palace in Surrey, he won the 2006-07 Caribbean Food and Drinks awards for Best Non-Caribbean Venue Serving Caribbean Cuisine.
