King prawns were obliviously froze as they had no taste and were chewy. Sweet and sour sauce was watery never seen anything like it and more on the sour side as appose to the usual balanced sweet and sour… Same for the curry sauce watery and low flavour … Rice was good vegetables were good..won’t be ordering again their squid is very good though

Have been a regular of this takeaway for over 4 years & have travelled ovet 4 miles to make a purchase as it is one of the best in my area however; l was extremely disappointed when l purchase some food and on the container there was human or animal hairs – who knows l contacted them immediately and l was asked to either come back for an exchange or a refund. No apology or explanation as to what happened only it was not deliberate and everybody wears a net. Was about to have dinner & can’t travel the distance for a refund. The Lady was concerned about the busy phone ringing than attending to my request for a compensation. Driver would not deliver that far. Would not recommend nor buy from them again. Yet to receive refund.
Very nice and tasty food. My children really enjoy this takeaway. We have one every two-three months. Always had the same experience. If there is along waiting time, they always tell me so, then I an decide whether to go ahead with the order or not. Reasonable price. I will continue to order from here.

I ordered food for takeaway from Dragon House. I ordered take away at 8.30pm. I got an email at 9pm saying that it would be delayed and that at latest it would be delivered at 10pm. I called at 9.55pm and got a rude response from the manager who explained that someone would be there soon – and got hung up on. At 10.15pm (after the latest time specified) I called again and got told to go away and someone would be there soon (in an angry voice) and when I asked for the manager – I was told I was speaking to the manager and was then hung up on. Customer service at this place is horrible and I will not order from here again. If the actual manager wants to get in touch pls feel free to do so and I’ll be happy to discuss my experience.
